Shipping Methods

  • All orders are delivered via our dedicated delivery team.

  • Bulk orders and other large items are delivered directly to your site.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery usually takes [1–3] business days after order confirmation.

  • We will notify you of any delays due to high demand, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

  • A fixed delivery cost per cube (m³) of R600 applies to all bulk orders.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and included in your total.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will be contacted.

  • For large or custom orders, our team may contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time.

Receiving Your Order

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive and check the order.

  • If the delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessibility or incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.

  • Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours to our customer service team at contact@topsoiltippers.co.za
